I am a PCC (ICF-certified) Executive Leadership coach with over 20 years of leadership experience and over 5 years of coaching experience. My coaching niche is working with government and non-profit employees to focus on strengths to maximize our best qualities. I am a former Director of Leadership Development for a federal government agency, where I managed leadership curricula, 360° feedback programs and organizational development programs; taught leadership and diversity/inclusion classes; and oversaw and provided coaching services to dozens of clients. I have a Master’s Degree in Sociology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and certifications in 360° feedback (Benchmarks® 360 Degree Assessment), InsideOut Development ™, and Emergenetics ®.
